Duglessssss Hannah Guinan

duglessss

duglesssssss, dug, duglin, or my lil dug, is mostly a solo sound experiment by Hannah Guinan. It is a dazed and affectionate moniker (maybe like “angel” “babe” or “sweetie”) to refer to while they play and perform this year at Nocturne.

Hannah Guinan is a queer sound performer and artist cheerleader. They were born and continue to live pretty close to here on Mi'kma'ki, and are white, agender, and an any pronoun-user. Over the past decade, she has toured Turtle Island, performing at many many, festivals, bars and art spaces, working across genres in collaborative music projects like Liz Brain, Old and Weird, Vulva Culture, and gBl00b-ies. They are currently performing locally as Fang Ass, and are really into creative commissioned projects, producing soundscapes and tracks for other artists to use in their performance, video, and animations. Hannah also enjoys supporting other artists administratively and is director of the Khyber Centre for the Arts.
