Summer Snow (She/Her) is a multidisciplinary artist, currently creating, and living in Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador. Influenced by the horror genre, girlhood, and her identity as a neurodivergent queer woman, Summer examines how horror acts as an outlet for facing patriarchal expectations. Utilizing the versatility of textiles, painting, and printmaking, Summer creates large-scale works that challenge the patriarchal narrative in the art scene.
