Become a Nocturne Board Member!

Nocturne is looking to fill four board positions! Serving as a volunteer on the Nocturne Board is a great way to support the Halifax Arts Community and to meet like minded people.

The positions are:

Member at Large
The Member at Large helps support all roles of Nocturne and the Board. This position is great for a person with an Arts education and background!

Treasurer
The Treasurer looks after Nocturne's finances and is great for someone with an accounting and number crunching background.

Vice Chair
The Vice Chair position supports and helps the Chair in their role in leading Nocturne. This is a great position for someone with leadership experience in a non-profits.

Chair
The Chair oversees all the functions and decisions concerning Nocturne. It is a valuable role in building partnerships with community groups and to help guide other board members in their roles. This position is ideal for someone with management and leadership experience in non-profits and community groups. A background in Arts and/or Administration would be desirable.
