NOISEMAKERS ALUMNI FEATURED AT LOCAL FILM FESTIVAL

The 2025 NOISEmakers project, Landed to Takeoff, originally presented during Nocturne: Ground, has been selected for Emerging Lens Cultural Film Festival. The animation-based film was created collaboratively by Nahom Assefa, Viktoria Fomenko, Margaryta Logyyn, Xing Mu, Yawen Zhou, and Yue Li, with musical score by Olena Yanchuck, each participants in the 2025 NOISEmakers cohort.

The short film will be screened on the opening night of the festival at the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 2. Click here to learn more and register!
