ILLUMINATE
Illuminate is a series of light art installations located throughout downtown Dartmouth that transform the streetscape at dusk into a mesmerizing gallery of shifting colour and intensity. Collectively, these expressions of joyful light send a message of optimism and renewal about a community that proudly embraces its unique identity.
ILLUMINATE can be experienced every evening. On Saturday, October 16 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., there will be live activations at each light installation.

A projection mapping of images created by MacPhee Youth with their own original soundtrack
THE WAVE MURAL AT 122 PORTLAND STREET
A new light pattern created for Nocturne to mimic the ocean. Sound/bubbles set up for Saturday night to create an aquatic moment.
PROJECTION INSTALLATION AT 127 PORTLAND STREET
Restaurant side of Dart Gallery has an original video installation with soundtrack being performed and created by Jane MacDougald.
