Looking at the idea that two steps forward, but one step back is the reality of challenges and barriers faced on a daily basis for those who are forced to navigate through a system within a racialized post colonial environment. The need to progress out of the societal norm of complacent uniform motions, into a state of self-realized deviation is the only option that will ultimately push us through to make a new future, and a better way of belonging.

Drifted Collective presents a projected video performance that highlights each individual's experience throughout a liminal dreamscape of imagined realities. Each reality is inspired and expressed through movement and has the potential to enlighten and enable a vision.
