You are invited to Nocturne's Annual General Meeting (AGM) for our 2019-20 fiscal year on November 4, 2020 at 5:30 pm.

As per the directives laid out by the provincial government for societies, our AGM will be held virtually through Zoom. Attendance is open to all members, so if you attend, participate or enjoy the festival - you are a member and welcome to come and see what we have been up to!

The AGM is the time for the membership to contribute to the work undertaken by the organization. During this time there will be the presentation of annual reports, consideration of motions, and the election of the Board of Directors.

We can't wait to see you all at this year's AGM.
