To Dance Is...

How would you fill in the blank? We asked community members and artists to do just that, and used the varied and sometimes contradictory answers as a starting point for collaborative creation. The result is an immersive sound+video+poetry+projection+movement piece that is both complex and beautifully simple. Join Kjipuktuk/Halifax dance artists as they take a deep dive into the beauty, work, struggle and joy of dance.

Installation open from 6:00-midnight, with live performances at 6:30, 8:00, 9:30 and 11:00.
