Duality

In this exhibition, artists, working in pairs explore words with multiple meanings, words that can slide between being a noun and a verb. Words that are ambiguous can allow for more than one interpretation; this opens the opportunity for misunderstanding. We live in a society that has increasingly polarized opinions, and increasingly we are not speaking to people who have different opinions. In this exhibition, we work together to explore and celebrate differences of interpretation.

“Duality” embraces openness and collaboration to connect and bridge (scaffold) differences in perspective.
